Awge Alkizwini is a co-founder of the business and leads operational planning with a strong background in civil engineering and construction management. Having overseen numerous large-scale projects, he is known for attention to detail, client alignment, and maintaining control over budgets, timelines, and delivery standards. With more than 15 years of experience and a track record of managing complex international projects, Awge supports the structured coordination, programme control, and change management required for successful renewable energy construction.
Jason Margetts
Role: Managing Director
Qualifications: MSc (Dist.) FCIOB MRICS
Jason Margetts brings more than 27 years of leadership experience across construction, property, and business development. With a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Construction Management, and professional recognition through both CIOB and RICS, he offers senior-level guidance across strategy, commercial performance, and organisational development. Jason is recognised for leading complex businesses and projects with clarity and purpose, helping ensure the company maintains high standards of professionalism, accountability, and delivery focus.
Farag Buhdeima
Role: Main Board Director
Qualifications: BSc (Hons)
Farag Buhdeima brings broad exposure to both residential and commercial construction and development projects, with particular strengths in budgeting, forecasting, construction methodology, and defect diagnosis. With an academic background in Quantity Surveying and responsibilities centred on planning and commercial control, he contributes a valuable cost and delivery perspective to the business. His experience supports well-managed decision-making throughout the construction process, while his progression toward RICS chartership reflects an ongoing commitment to professional standards.
