AYOUB BUHDEIMA, CEO
Ayoub, a BEng Civil Engineering graduate, brings over 15 years of experience in construction and property development to the table. With a wealth of experience managing projects exceeding £100M, Ayoub has honed his expertise within his family’s construction business. He further refined his skills through collaborations with esteemed UK construction companies, where he played a pivotal role in project and construction management. Ayoub continues leading a successful development company involved in several projects across the UK and overseas while actively contributing to Four Square Projects.
AWGE ALKIZWINI, COO
Known for his expertise in engineering and construction management, Awge, a BEng. Civil Engineering (Hons) graduate, has a rich history of successfully steering high-end projects to completion. His decade-long experience in construction management has honed his adeptness at ensuring meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to client requirements, and a stringent program. An adept decision-maker, Awge expertly navigates through variations and structural and design changes.
